Saw that you were looking for help and this commander seems pretty cool. Not sure what your budget is, but I'm going to make some suggestions at different price points.

Here's some cards I'd cut: Angel's Grace, Cleric Class, Angelic Accord, Treasure Chest, The Book of Exalted Deeds, Panharmonicon, Arcane Signet, Marble Diamond, Campfire, Mass Calcify, Brave the Elements, Cleansing Nova, Everflowing Chalice, and Gift of Estates

I can provide more explanation on why, but generally these cards are low impact, less helpful than they may seem, or off theme a bit. Some of these are life gain or ETB payoffs but they don't have many ways to trigger them.

I'm seeing a wincon through combat with the deck as is. Giada is Ramp in the command zone but only for Angels, and the starting list only has 17 Angel spells. Turn 2 Giada and hitting all your land drops means we can send out 4 CMC angels turn 3.

I recommend Emeria Angel, Guardian Seraph, Angel of Condemnation

A lot of the Angel's are high CMC but you're running a lot of cost reducers. Due to this I think you need more lands and more Draw. Arch of Orazca, Geier Reach Sanitarium, Sea Gate Wreckage and War Room are all utility lands you can run in mono color that tap for colorless mana and help you draw.

That leaves seven more cards to add back in. I'd go with Karmic Guide, Twilight Shepherd, Battlegrace Angel, Angelic Sleuth, Herald of the Host, Dawnbreak Reclaimer, and Aegis Angel

Hey, cool deck. I see we're working on the same kind of idea here. I've added a bunch of Exalted triggers to my deck. I feel, at the very least, you might want to add in Sublime Archangel and Battlegrace Angel .

If you have the chance, I wouldn't mind an extra set of eyes on my deck An Arrow to the Heel.

Suns_Champion, if you'd be so kind, I wouldn't mind your thoughts on my deck too.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'll bump the Sublime Archangel up by 2 and see what happens and drop a Battlegrace Angel one-of into the deck and see how it runs. Again, thanks!

Add +2 Sublime Archangel Since she is insane. -1 Giltspire Avenger or Ardent Plea As cascading into path to exile, blossoming defense, or rancor with no creatures out is bad, or -1/2 Sigiled Paladin As he just seems very weak and you wont always have double white turn 2 with Cathedral of War , Breeding Pool , or basic island/forest draws? Also, Finest Hour (or Battlegrace Angel If you want a creature?) Looks very strong even though its 5 mana maybe replace one Rafiq of the Many with it or something?

Update 8/31/19

Lowering the curve a bit more. Got my hands on a couple more interesting angels.

Out: Decree of Pain , Battlegrace Angel , Argentum Armor .

In: Despark , Seraph of the Scales , Angel of Grace .

Hey, interesting brew combining Goblins with Aurelia. White gives you lots of good support cards for Goblins that red doesn't offer.

This deck's budget is very low. It's going to be difficult to make any real improvements without spending an extra $15, but a $15 upgrade could do a lot for your deck. Even a $10 upgrade can help quite a bit.

Good budget ($3 or less each) cards to consider adding:

This could be a about $15 upgrade. Tower and Forge are two Boros dual lands that ETB (enter the battlefield) untapped which is helpful in game play. Tower is one of the best lands to play in mulicolored Commander decks. Cut Plains for these lands.

Armory gives you more opportunity to get Skullclamp because it's is by far your best repeatable source of draw because of having many sources of 1/1 Goblins. Assemble can be another repeatable source of 1/1 tokens and if not dealt with by opponents can create a lot of value over the course of turns. Adding more mana rocks that can make white mana is helpful to be able to reduce the number of Plains in the manabase.

Cards to consider cutting:

40 lands is a lot of lands and when you have this many basic lands it's very likely you'll get consistently land flooded which is not fun. My advice is to reduce the number of Plains. If doing this then cut the casting cost cards because white is the secondary color, red is the primary color since you need lots more red for Goblins.

In my opinion Titan and Aurelia are the only worth keeping because they're six drops which makes it easier to have double white mana available when you want to cast them. Archetype of Courage is a good card, but having consistently for a three drop is not something you should have to worry about.

Hey, I'm also in process of cashing out, of Standard. I can't take Wizards bullshit with that format anymore, but I'm still going to play Commander :)

I make and play causal budget multiplayer Commander decks. I try to limit cards to $6 or less each. Of course there are some exceptions mostly lands/tutors, but for the most part I stick to this rule. I love Commander because I can buy a single staple card and then use that card in all my decks.

This is currently what I'm doing is buying singles of all the budget staple cards for Commander. It's especially helpful with lands because lands take up the largest portion of cost of a Commander deck, but I only need a single copy of a land which I can then use in all my decks. The cost of lands is one reason why I'm leaving Standard. I can no longer justify the cost of playable manabases, there are not enough options.

Some staples in Bant colors as well as other Angels to consider:

Jenara can grow her own power with her ability this makes her a good attacker and an excellent source of Commander damage to your opponents. Exalted is a way to take more advantage of Jenara by giving her additional power as long as she's the only creature attacking.

I'm offering all these other cards suggestions, but in my opinion priority for upgrades to consider here are the lands and mana production.
