Attempt at a reasonably priced casual Eldrazi deck. Quite adaptable, main focus being to generate and sacrifice smaller creatures for mana and counter buffs. Main reason for this commander instead of something like Meren is that it's easier for Mazirek to fly under the radar: if you pull out Meren while playing Eldrazi, every other player is going to want him dead ASAP, which can make getting value out of him more difficult. Mazirek allows you to generate a fairly threatening board state from relatively minor Eldrazi, and he synergises extremely well with annihilators, sacrificial tokens and cards like Grave Pact or Ashnod's Altar .

The main focus is getting Mazirek out quickly, as he'll allow you to maintain a fairly threatening board even if your next few draws are trash. Once he's out and you've got some sacrificial lambs ready to pump with, you will buy yourself time to build toward Eldrazi - and probably force your opponents to use their removals early! Mostly interested in giving it more ways to interact with opponents' board states and defend itself against wrath/removal effects. Of course, also interested in cost-cutting!

Usually ramps fairly quickly, though you will probably want to add some more tutoring options if you have a higher budget/have some cards already. Sending cards like Desolation Twin to the graveyard early can be incredibly useful if you stumble upon Apprentice Necromancer later on.
