Marath Commander / EDH deck

Main build is to be versatile. I either make biggies, make lots of tokens, or put counters on my creatures for bonusses or bigger creatures.

This is my first EDH deck i am making. All the cards here are in my collection. I would like to have some advice on the following things:

I'm having a lot of trouble choosing which cards i can best take out at this point, so i would like some advise on that topic. (at this point there are 6 cards to be removed). Please also give a small reason why those cards are not worth it to be in this deck.

I have also put the cards i found hard to remove to this point in the maybeboard. If you think one or more of those cards should defenitally be in the deck, please say so! (again with reasons please ) I have bought the Marath EDH pre-deck, so all the cards in there are at my disposal.

The last thing i have trouble with, is which cards i should get to make the deck even better. I have about 40 bucks to spend in about a month, and would like some opinions on which cards are most important to achieve.

Thanks for the increadible advice __fense!! removed 6 cards now: Zhur-Taa Swine, Undergrowth Scavenger, Whisperer of the Wilds, Pale Recluse, Valley Rennet and Apex Hawks.

For the rest of the cards you mentioned: I'm still doubting... Kraklin is one of the two hydra's i have, and the regen possibility is quite nice for boardwhipes. Skarrg Goliath gives a nice +9/+9 and trample, the trample is a big bonus for me, as i can't get a lot of trample from other cards... (and it is a nice suprise for commander dmg, especially if Bow of Nylea is on the field) Haunted Plate Mail is indeed a bit expensive, however i think the free turn into a 4/4 is great. The people i am going to play with, use enough boardwhipes / enemy-creatures-whipe, and a 4/4 to have as backup is nice then in my opinion Obelisk of Urd can give every token i make (elementals) a nice +2/+2 bonus, and a lot of 3/3 tokens are a lot scarier then a lot of 1/1 tokens. Barrage of Boulders is in it as a wincon --> i recon that i will easily get its ferocious bonus, so my opponents wont be able to block. Harmonize Since i dont have other draw cards to trade it with that are better, i think its best to keep it in...

Again thanks for the advice though, it helped me to take out 6 of the 12 cards i needed to remove. Halfway there!
