I've played Ghave for about 7 years now, and I think I have some advice that may be able to help you out. My deck is here, for reference: Ghave: Baby Makin' and Alimony
One thing I notice right off the bat is you have several slower token producers, but none of them are as efficient as Ghave. You also have several sources for +1/+1 counters for Ghave to turn into tokens, but you're missing some very strong ones that I'll recommend now:
Ivy Lane Denizen is extremely good. Unlike Phytohydra, it's not reliant upon combat to make tokens, just the fact that a token entered will allow you to put a counter somewhere, which you can use to make another token. Similarly, Good-Fortune Unicorn , Juniper Order Ranger , and Bloodspore Thrinax are way better at this than several cards you're currently running. Sigil Captain is another solid choice.
I would recommend cutting Phytohydra, Grateful Apparition, Mikaeus, the Lunarch, Managorger Hydra, and Phantom Nishoba to add in the above cards, as they'll help you produce tokens way more consistently with just Ghave.
Similarly, you need mana in order to make tokens, so adding in things like Growing Rites of Itlimoc Flip and Cryptolith Rite will help your mana production sizably. Seedborn Muse can function like a token doubler, as if you have a source of +1/+1 counters (like Sigil Captain, for example), and only 5 mana, with Seedborn you can produce 20 tokens in a round of turns instead of just 5 (and they'll all be 2/2s at minimum to boot).
Doubling Season and the like are expensive, but Illusionist's Bracers is much, much cheaper and effectively becomes a Doubling Season when attached to Ghave (as you remove 1 +1/+1 counter to make 2 tokens, or sac 1 creature to put 2 +1/+1 counters on something). Definitely worth an include, in my opinion.
To fit in some of the other things mentioned, like Seedborn, Cryptolith Rite, etc., you could probably remove Scute Mob (it does nothing until you have 5 lands), Voldaren Pariah (this is not a great creature), you actually are one card short as Eliminate the Competition is in here twice, and then you could probably cut a Planeswalker as well.
Ghave helms a really fun deck so I hope this helps.

Hey ! Cool deck, I just recently built my first Ghave deck and I really like it, lots of value and lots of fun. I have a few recommandation since you look interested : - Vitu-Ghazi, the City-Tree : I find it way to expensive, instead I run Oran-Rief, the Vastwood , way more value for a lot cheaper - Corpse Knight : I find Cruel Celebrant to be better for the life gain, for the same cost. - the new Moldervine Reclamation is an amazing draw engine in this deck, try giving it a shot - For a 3 colored deck, you lack mana fixing in my opinion. I run the 3 talisman (hierarchy, unity and resilience). Chromatic Lantern, a little bit more expensive, is a must have in 3 colored or more decks. - I find the thallid (with the spore counters) a bit underpowered even in this kind of deck (except Psychotrope Thallid ), but that's just my opinion. - From the top of of mind, cheap cards i would consider: Sigil Captain , Requiem Angel , Sandsteppe Citadel , Woodfall Primus , Song of Freyalise , ...
Hope this is some sort of help, would love to hear your opinion! Cheers

Genesis Chamber is awesome. A buddy of mine once had a deck like this, with Saltskitter s as Norins 5,6 and 7: They would enter the battlefield during the end step, trigger Genesis Chamber, and leave until the next end step. And even when the Genesis Chamber weren't there, they would enter the battlefield, and in turn exile eachother, triggering the Soul Warden s.
He also used Sigil Captain to make sure his Myr (and soul sisters) were better, but these are all strategies probably better suited to the kitchen table.

I've really been into pauper edh recently and I found a combo to make infinite mana with having Sigil Captain as the cmdr in play, with Ashnod's Altar (its a common in Chronicles) in play, with Safehold Elite in play. Sacrifice Safehold Elite to the altar, it comes back with a -1/-1 counter on it but gets 2 +1/+1 counters because Sigil Captain . Making infinite colorless mana
In a game where I was up against a Zndrsplt, Eye of Wisdom and Okaun, Eye of Chaos deck I lost to a combo I have never seen befor. He put Assault Suit on his Zndrsplt, then played Frenetic Efreet . Passed his turn, gave me his Zndrsplt. Then put 150 coin flip activations on the stack forcing me to draw my whole deck
