I'm not exactly sure what you're trying theme you're trying to go with. I'm going to assume you want to have B/W aggro-zombies, and base my suggestions around that.
First of all, I would recommend putting some more land in there. I know you're deck does have much mana cost, but you can still get mana screwed. Secondly, I would put in some dual colored lands, if you have any.
Secondly, I would personally make this a Zombie tribal deck, so I would remove Augmenting Automaton, Devoted Crop-Mate, Fourth Bridge Prowler, and Gonti, Lord of Luxury, as none of them help your zombies at all.
There are quite a few zombie cards that I think would have a good place in this deck. Particularly Wayward Servant and Graf Harvest. Wayward Servant would allow you to deal some damage to your opponents each time you play or bring back a Zombie, and let you gain some life as well. Graf Harvest would make it much more of a pain to prevent your horde of zombies from eating your opponents brains, as they would all have menace.
I feel like this deck needs a little more removal, so I would look at Cruel Revival as it kills your opponents things and allows you to bring back your own. Dark Salvation would let you create more zombies and potentially kill a creature, or weaken it enough to kill it with a token.

Most of those cards are easy to get or are give or take 25 cent. But other cards I would suggest from Shadows and Eldrich are.. Give No Ground, Lunarch Mantle, Strange Augmentation, Rise from the Grave, Noosegraf Mob, Liliana's Elite, Gavony Unhallowed, Campaign of Vengeance, Ghoulcaller's Accomplice, Gisa's Bidding, From Under the Floorboards, Shamble Back, Gryff's Boon, Ethereal Guidance, Angelic Purge, and Corrupted Grafstone. Those should be enough to finish the deck. If you want other cards that could be of help for maybe a life drain rout, try Bontu's Monument. It will help all your black zombies cost less and whenever a creature enters in under your control opponents lose a life and you gain one. Again, all the cards I listed are either easy to get or cheap to buy in case you want them and don't have them. Cards from Kaladesh and Aether Revolt could help a little, but not as much as the ones I already listed. If you want more removal, Zendikar/Gatewatch has a decent bit in both white and black. If there is a specific way you wan the deck to play, I could help tweak it in that direction. As for the cards on the fence, see if you like anything listed more than those before deciding.

And drop that Shamble Back to get back down to 60 cards.

See now I WOULDN'T take out Ob Nixilis Reignited.
He has won me a lot of games.
Not only does he give late game card advantage by refilling your hand, he can also act as another source of removal.
I agree that Shamble Back is kind of weak.

Is your Essence Extraction able to remove her creatures reliably? Are there creatures that you need to exile from her graveyard or are you just casting Shamble Back for a zombie token and 2 life? Has Rush of Vitality been useful to your game plan? You mentioned Trample as being a component of her deck, so it would seem like at best it would negate the damage of one creature for one turn. Which essentially puts you behind in tempo, tempo is how advantage is gauged in mtg. If you are spending mana and using cards to only affect one turn while her cards and mana remain in effect, she will slowly pull ahead. How often can you get Ob Nixilis Reignited into play and get any use out of him? I have tried jamming him into five or six of my standard decks; only to end up pulling him back out. He's an awesome card but I would always either draw him too early and have a dead card in hand or play him too late to be worth the mana. The above cards would be the six that I pulled out first if they fail to perform against her deck. I know the general consensus is that auras are bad (because if they kill your creature they spend one card to remove two of yours) and making an opponent sacrifice is less effective than targeting a specific creature, but I really do like how the trials can be recast by interacting with the cartouches.

Nice deck really i like it. Just few suggestions: Change Shamble Back to Scarab Feast and maybe Essence Scatter somewhere in 75 against mid-range mostly. I think you can cut 1 or 2 lands off you don't need 26 pretty surely. Declaration in Stone is very good sideboard card against marvel and token decks, Censor wouldn't be bad also against aggro. But those are just my opinions. Otherwise i really like the deck, i play Jeskai Tower Control myself and this looks also good

With only 3 blue mana symbols in your entire deck, you're better off finding something else that can fulfill a similar purpose using black mana. I would recommend some Zombie Anthems like Cemetery Reaper, Death Baron, Lord of the Accursed, or big zombies like Diregraf Colossus. Vile Rebirth and Shamble Back are good ways to get creatures out cheap, because right now you only have 3 creatures below 3 CMC.

I've been trying to figure out this token puzzle lately too. Like I've wanted to pair Temmet and Aven Wind Guide with Zombie tokens or the brutal deathtouch snakes that Hapatra makes, but then we're touching on 4 colors and/or there's not the clear bridging between different abilities that have the same theme in this set.
I've been switching all day between Esper and Bant. Bant I want to work because pairing Trial of Strength with Cartouche of Solidarity might be worth it the effort, but overall green is lacking (and I've seen good ideas for tokens, and for cats, but I worry about trying to squeeze both in being impractical, so I'm thinking Esper is the better way to go.
I've been approaching it with more focus on creating tokens versus just the recursion from Embalm (though I certainly am not sure whether that's the right move yet), particularly because the value and the Zombie tokens themselves are just everywhere, consistently 2/2, and can be found all over the curve (From Shamble Back to Noosegraf Mob. Then they throw in a card like Start/Finish and it makes even more sense. B/U is the SOI zombie combo after all.
I also think there is a ton more that's useful in this context between W/B than between W/G, particularly regarding servos. I'm seeing your curve is pretty high, and options (though not very sexy picks) like Servo Exhibition might be helpful enough, given that the number of tokens is taken into account and that they didn't completely skimp on the value for Servos. And with the pretty unspecific ways these token boosts are working, I imagine just the max Servo/Zombie/Warrior/Cat army you can get wide with will be better than trying to specialize the types of tokens too much.
It's the middle of the night, sorry in advance if this message didn't make much sense. The deck looks solid so far, I think we're all a ways from cracking how to use these token perks still.
