Whoooo boy, Nevinyrral finally makes an appearance and he has one heck of a card. Aristocrats payoffs, token making, and a board wipe in one. Since it doesn't only care about our creatures dying, running a decent amount of wraths is amazing with him, especially if we make our stuff Indestructible (In this case, through either Avacyn, Angel of Hope or Eldrazi Monument with Endless Ranks of the Dead). I decided to go creature light, and mainly focus on token production so we don't need to worry about constantly losing our board or graveyards getting exiled.

Infinite combos:

Gravecrawler + Zombie on the field + Phyrexian Altar. Infinitely recast Gravecrawler for infinite death triggers from Blood Artist, ETB triggers from Corpse Knight, infinite tokens from Open the Graves, or a ridiculously-sized board after casting Nevinyrral.

Grave Titan + Ashnod's Altar + Nim Deathmantle. Cast Grave Titan, sacrifice him and a token, get him back with Nim Deathmantle. Repeat for infinite tokens and death triggers/Corpse Knight ETBS.

Solemnity + Mikaeus, the Unhallowed/Luminous Broodmoth + Sacrifice outlet. Infinite mana, death triggers, ETBs, and tokens if you use Grave Titan or Open the Graves. Infinite mana can be fed into either a huge Torment of Hailfire or to repeatedly activate Lich Lord of Unx's second ability repeatedly.

This is a set I am fully and thoroughly in love with- so many commanders, so little time.
