This deck is for use with the deck:the-roulette-format rules and for the Roulette Challenge.

I originally had thought about making a Soul Sisters style deck for the format, and I think I will go ahead and construct that at some point, but I got sidetracked by Stoneforge Mystic. That led me to looking at all the available equipments in the format and when I saw Sword of the Meek, I remembered the Thopter Foundry combo. The core of the deck then provides a win condition and tutors for that win condition, Stoneforge being both a tutor for Sword of the Meek but also adding flexibility to get Jitte and go that conventional routee, and the "roulette" deck provides a lot of card draw, counterspells, removal and filtering to help disrupt your opponent and assemble your winning image.

I'm sure some things could be better and some things won't work, but I'm pretty happy about what I've managed to create.

This format seems a hell of a lot of fun to make decks for, so probably will continue to do so.
