Control based scepter deck that uses Niv-Mizzet as an outlet. Can also manually "storm" off with cantrips and just draw the deck that way. Deck performs well, still making cuts. I don't actually run curiosity effects besides curiosity because of the lack of tutors, but I am considering Ophidian Eye, especially because it does have flash.
