The Plan: Keep a hand that can ramp and tutor into either Fauna Shaman or (ideally) Prime Speaker Vannifar. From here, search up ramp and card draw, and removal or boardwipes when needed. If you need to use something again, there's plenty of creature-based recursion to tutor for. Or you can cast Muldrotha, especially if you have multiple things you can cast.

Ideal creature chain: Coiling Oracle, Springbloom Druid, Solemn Simulacrum, Seedguide Ash, Grave Titan, Avenger of Zendikar, and finally Kamahl, Heart of Krosa to end the game.

Other synergistic chains:

Ixidron into Massacre Wurm is another possible win condition.

Ixidron into Demon of Dark Schemes, similarly, should let you reanimate something interesting.

Hornet Queen is a great blocker, and for generating evasive attackers to pump with Kamahl.

Other notes:

Life / Death can get Muldrotha back, avoiding commander tax, if you let her go to the graveyard. Or it can push a Kamahl attack absolutely over the top.

Change of Plans protects your board (or just key pieces) and fuels your graveyard.
