The main strategy to end the game is to burn everyone through Fireball effects. To do that you'll need to create infinite mana, then burn for X.

There are a few ways to create infinite mana in this deck, using two of 5 cards and a few Mizzy counters. First you'll need to cast the card that will net you some mana. Such as: Desperate Ritual, Pyretic Ritual, Reality Spasm, or Turnabout. Then cast Reiterate for its buyback cost. Reiterate will resolve going back to your hand. Let the copied card resolve adding mana to your pool. While the original mana card is still on the stack, cast Reiterate again. Rinse. Reheat.

After that just Fireball!!!

I design all my decks for multiplayer. Never 1v1 because in my opinion those are too boring and dull. So you have your infinite mana. You have your spontaneous combustion i.e. Fireball. But what else is offered? Well all the counter spells are there to keep you in the game until you can pull off the combo. Other cards like Young Pyromancer and Talrand, Salt Summoner are there to create trump blockers, to help keep you in the game. Cards like Guttersnipe, Aria of Flame, Chandra, or Electrostatic Field are there to burn everyone in small amounts, while you sit back crafting your hand. Stay looking like not much is going on. Then Volt Charge or Tezzeret's Gambit to help proliferate your experience counters for Mizzy, verse counters for Aria of Flame, or loyalty counters on Chandra.

If you need this deck to have more direct burn then I would recommend changing out Echo Mage, Reality Spasm, Thought Vessel, Library of Leng, and two or three of the tutors. Then fill those slots with Bolts and Burns type cards. Change those six or seven and you have a balanced/equal amount of a true control//burn.

Also for the more casual players: Any cards over 10$ I would personally just proxy or use handwritten paper substitutes (paper cards). It can be a lot cheaper than it looks, and most of the cost comes from the original dual land; that you could just swap for a basic gate or any dual that comes in tapped.
