Kenrith, the returned king

Thank you for viewing my deck! This is my first time creating a deck tech, so beat with me.

This is my sick concoction for kenrith. Our goal is to stall long enough until we can completely lock our opponents out of the game, and assemble giant amounts of mana. Then we win by utilizing one of many of our victory methods.

Stalling Our deck has a good amount of pillow fort(collective restraint, propaganda, ghostly prison, maze of ith) life gain(mainly our commanders 3rd ability) and turbofog(spore frog, kami, children) This will be great in keeping us alive until we assemble the lockdown. With our spore frog effects, we can reanimate these with kenrith at instant speed, to protect us from big swings. Ranger of eos, and captain of eos also tutor our turbo fog effects for consistency!

Protecting the returned king We want kenrith in play. His instant speed abilities are almost like always having 5 cards in hand. We have a host of creatures who can handily protect their king. Selfless spirit, and dauntless escort make him indestructible and are recurrable with his reanimate. Mother of runes, giver of runes, and spellskite do well at helping with spot removal. The rune women are also easily tutored with ranger of eos, and captain of eos. Nothing feels better than “I’ll path to exile your kenrith” “okay, in response, I’ll reanimate mother of runes, pay R to give her haste, tap her to give kenrith protection from red” fizzle

Abusing our commander Ideally, we want to use many many many kenrith abilities, EACH turn. We would like to assemble massive mana, and untap effects. With mana flare effects(heartbeat of spring, nyxbloom ancient, Zendikar resurgent) and untap effects (seedborne muse, awakening) we can do really busted things. Coat reducers like training grounds also help. With 8 lands, a nyxbloom ancient, a seedborn muse, training grounds, and a chromatic lantern, we can gain 135 life EVERY turn, or draw 13 cards a turn, or a combination of both. Just a perfect case example.

the lockout win So, once we start putting combinations of our creatures together, with the King, we can easily start locking out opponents completely. Seedborne muse, ranger captain of eos. EVERY turn until dealt with, our opponents can’t play non creature spells. Every reanimate we also tutor a 1 drop which we have plenty of. Doing so will give The king more protection, and give us turbofog. Add a nyxbloom ancient, we are gaining and drawing mass life. Add a glen elendra, we have basically infinite counterspells. When it persists, we just place a 1 1 counter on him so we keep getting him back.

the win Our main win conditions are one of the following 1.+1:/+1 trampling thicc creatures; 2.the guildmage. Pay 3 so every activation of life gain drains our opponents; 3.xantcha sleeper agent; 4.door to nothingness; 5.aetherflux resevior; 6. An exsanguinate effect.

I really feel this deck utilizes all of Kenriths abilities, to his maximum efficiency. There are tons of angles to take each game, and kenrith is a great politician as each of his abilities can also help your opponents. Please, drop a comment with suggestions. One thing I am trying to still figure out, is how to abuse eternal witness. I need synergetic ways to get her in my GY consistently. Also, a sac outlet would make dockside extortionist generate infinite mana. I am trying to tinker with that as well. And help would be very welcome. THANK YOU!
