The first deck I built for the wifey since this is what she wanted--pure salt reserved for only high-level play. Narset "turns" cEDH deck that is focused on getting her out safely and winning as soon as she attacks by casting free extra turn and combat spells until one of the following win-cons are achieved:

1. Enter the Infinite + Jace, Wielder of Mysteries

2. Armageddon. Add some flavor to force a scoop if you can combo it off with Boros Charm and/or an overloaded Cyclonic RiftGC. If people don't scoop, it's only a matter of time before Narset kills everyone slowly via commander damage, especially if she is already unblockable and buffed (i.e. Aqueous Form or Steel of the Godhead).
