-1 Centaur Vinecrasher, +1 Master of the Wild Hunt - Freed up from another deck, so now I can get "creature removal" in here!
-1 Predatory Impetus, +1 Garruk's Uprising - I'm sad I couldn't try Impetus more, but Garruk's uprising is amazing
-1 Paleoloth, +1 Ashaya, Soul of the Wild
-1 Garruk's Packleader, +1 Dawnglade Regent - I have more of Packleader's effect lower, so it can be ready when Titania starts making tokens. For later card draw, Regent will work and also act as protection
-1 Ghalta, Primal Hunger, +1 Apex Devastator - 5 whole spins at Primeval Bounty! nuf said!
-1 Soul of Zendikar, +1 Kodama of the East Tree
-1 Horned Helm, +1 Court of Bounty
-1 Forest, +1 Tangled Vale Flip

Big Update — Apparition Edition
Antarktika, 4 years ago
Spirits got some notable buffs in the last few sets since I made my list, most notably with Shacklegeist and Skyclave Apparition. I was never a big fan of Shacklegeist on release so I still don't have any copies on my list, but this could change. I just feel like it isn't very good unless you have a Vial in your opening hand. Some lists also are using the new MDFC Glasspool Mimic Flip. I'm not very high on this card either, as a tapland and/or more expensive Phantasmal Image doesn't sound that appealing to me. In this new list, I have cut all noncreatures except for Aether Vial. Skyclave Apparitions make mainboard path somewhat redundant, and Force of Negation mainboard might have been kind of suspect anyways. Here's my old list, just for comparison and posterity:
MB: 4x Drogskol Captain 4x Mausoleum Wanderer 2x Phantasmal Image 4x Rattlechains 3x Selfless Spirit 2x Spectral Sailor 4x Spell Queller 4x Supreme Phantom 3x Unsettled Mariner 4x Aether Vial 2x Cavern of Souls 4x Flooded Strand 2x Hallowed Fountain 4x Island 1x Moorland Haunt 2x Plains 2x Polluted Delta 4x Seachrome Coast 2x Force of Negation 3x Path to Exile
SB: 2x Damping Sphere 2x Deprive 2x Deputy of Detention 1x Geist of Saint Traft 1x Kataki, War's Wage 1x Kira, Great Glass-Spinner 1x Path to Exile 4x Remorseful Cleric 1x Settle the Wreckage

-1 Shiny Impetus, +1 Jeska's Will - Needed impetus elsewhere, and Jeska's will is also very much the resource burst this deck wants to have available to flip Chandra
-1 Feldon of hte Third Path, +1 Shatterskull Charger - Burst damage, scales up, and also relatively cheap for double-spelling to flip Chandra
-1 Lord of Shatterskull Pass, +1 Relic Robber - If they don't leave up blockers, Robber will give out more emblem type burn effects. If they do leave them up because of the threat, they aren't attacking Chandra down

The Rack is back...?
temeref, 4 years ago
Been making some swaps of some of the cards included in the list in an attempt to reign in bad lines. Over the last few iterations, some ramp has been removed in favor of removal, and some other tech swaps (e.g. Duress in place of Inquisition of Kozilek have been made. One card that I was certainly on the fence about removing was Scroll Rack. It's main purpose is to shuffle back Mikaeus, the Unhallowed, Triskelion, and Aetherflux Reservoir, but it also functions as a way to stack cards for Bolas's Citadel, and just generally give card selection. The last part worked quite nicely as this list struggles to draw cards at times. At times it feels bad to draw, e.g. when I'm already low on cards or need interaction, and I'm trying to see if the ups outweigh the downs. Cards won't be perfect in every situation, despite my experiences in cEDH making me want to believe otherwise. Just gotta chill out a bit on that one.
- anyways, Gilded Lotus
is being swapped out for Scroll Rack. It's an absolute game-ender when paired with Wildfire, but for the rest of the game it's a bit weird. I really don't like seeing it in my opener, and it usually ends up being a bit of a win-more card. So, it's out for improved selection & utility.
Will see how this goes. I'm confident in these changes since I feel like even if I resolve a Wildfire with even 2-3 artifacts, I'll still be in an advantageous enough position to close things out.

-1 Celestial Ancient, +1 Stoic Farmer - Celestial ancient is a weird one that was supposed to pay off going wide while still enchanting stuff, but has ended up being "give 1 or 2 plus one plus one counters to things your are enchanting". This just isn't quite enough when I want my creatures either low cmc or huge impact. Stoic Farmer is kinda low CMC and also helps the deck be resource positive
-1 Infinite Reflection, +1 Spectral Steel - This one was an oversight on my part. Infinite Reflections wants to be in a deck that has big awesome creatures with nothing else going for them, but here it's unable to copy the auras and many of my non-smallball bodies are legendary, so it has limited good targets. Spectral Steel is a faster, but limited, version of Hanna's ability and should work out quite nicely
-1 Sphinx's Revelation, +1 Tales of the Ancestors - As I tighten up the CMC, it's easier and easier to empty my hand, so Tales should be big draw fairly reliably
-1 Rustic Clachan, +1 Gates of Istfell

-1 Dark Salvation, +1 Throne of Death Flip - A nice bit of self mill that can also be a 6/6 when I living death
-1 Grave Betrayal, +1 Haunting Voyage
-1 Glyph Keeper, +1 Nevinyrral, Urborg Tyrant
-1 Lifebane Zombie, +1 King Narfi's Betrayal
-1 Sididsi, Undead vizier, +1 Narfi, Betrayer King - I've gotten enough redundancy in the wincon I don't feel Sidisi is necessary for getting access to it anymore, and Narfi helps on both making it valuable and making the fair gameplan work.
-1 Cradle of the Accursed, +1 Port of Karfell
-1 Swamp, +1 Vault of Champions
Basics become snow lands for Narfi

As I play this deck more and more, the extra "make piles" cards feel more and more redundant and honestly slow the game in a deck that's already asking our opponents to tank. Changing the piling setup just confuses them more and makes it take more time, so I'm using those slots to just get some decent new spells in instead:
-1 Fortune's Favor, +1 Ravenform
-1 Epiphany at the Drownyard, +1 Alrund's Epiphany
-1 Fact or Fiction, +1 Spectral Deluge
-1 Windreader Sphinx, +1 Enigma Thief
-1 Arbiter of the Ideal, +1 Ormos, Archive Keeper - Another protection against decking out is always welcome

Changelog #2
Flash555, 4 years ago
Out: Kiki-Jiky & Pestermite In: Swan song & Swiftfoot bootsZendikar Rising and Commander Legends
Romer, 4 years ago
Added
- Valakut Exploration - Neat little upgrade to Vance's Blasting Cannons Flip that triggers off landfall. I like that it allows me to play land cards it exiles and if I don't play the card(s), it'll deal a little damage at the end of turn.
- Nahiri's Lithoforming - Strong source of card advantage later in the game.
- Arcane Signet - The ultimate 2-drop mana rock. Now that the price has dropped enough I can add this to mono coloured decks too.
- War Room
- Card advantage on a land. Cheaper to activate than Arch of Orazca and easier, since it doesn't require the City's Blessing.
Removed
- Vance's Blasting Cannons Flip - This is decent but I want to try out Valakut Exploration.
- Reforge the Soul - 5 mana is a lot for this effect and I hated giving my opponents a fresh hand of cards.
- Fire Diamond - Upgrading this to an Arcane Signet which doesn't enter tapped.
- Arch of Orazca - Upgrading this to War Room
which costs less to activate and doesn't require the City's Blessing.

Mystic Forge
Romer, 4 years ago
Kind of surprising I didn't add Mystic Forge long ago but at least I'm doing it now.
Added
- Mystic Forge - Big synergy in this deck, offering pseudo card advantage.
- Arcane Signet - The ultimate 2-drop mana rock. Now that the price has dropped enough I can add this to mono coloured decks too.
Removed
- Reshape - My least favourite of the tutors in here. I still have other artifact tutors, plus the synergy with Mystic Forge is just too much value to pass up.
- Silver Myr - Upgrading this to an Arcane Signet which is pretty similar in this deck except without the summoning sickness.

Acknowledging This Deck's Strength
COOZCOOZCOOZ, 4 years ago
I have to freely admit here, I wasn't expecting to update this deck again until I finally acquired the Needed Fetches (and I still plan too, but SHART are they expensive!)...
But I have to admit, this deck is plenty strong and doesn't entirely NEED to have the fetches to truly succeed. It is plenty strong on its own, and these changes have only solidified that fact. Therefore, I am acknowledging the strength this Deck possesses and giving it another update, as I am doing with most of my decks.
Not a change, but Baleful Strix is now foiled!
Without further ado:
Temple of Deceit, Temple of Malady, Temple of Mystery ---------------------------------------------> Clearwater Pathway Flip, Darkbore Pathway Flip, Barkchannel Pathway Flip:
Temples to Pathways! Scrying is nice, but having tapped lands can really slow down a decks tempo and unfortunately to stay at the top I need as much speed as I can. I do wish I had the bounce lands to allow the true flexibility of these lands come forth, but thats okay: The flexibility of these lands more then make up for it.
Evolving Wilds ---------------------> Prismatic Vista:
Basically, a Straight upgrade. Works as yet another fetch. Very epic.
Mortuary Mire ------------------------------> Mana Confluence:
I'll just be honest here: I think I swapped a basic with Confluence, but I have since taken Mortuary Mire out and I can't recall what exactly was swapped around with Mire cause I still have the same basics. Confluence is way better anyway, even if I do lose some good recursion.
Zendikar's Roil --------------------------------> Scute Swarm:
OH MAN I love me some scutes. They get pretty insane in here, and they bolster a lot of other creatures in this deck and make them a little bit more worthwhile to cast. The last time I played it, I had 192 Scute Swarms. The First time I played it, I had over 500... Its pretty incredible, Actually. I do love the Meme of the Roil, but its too costly and doesn't make nearly enough creatures. Therefore, I am swapping these out.
Risen Reef ----------------------------------> Sakashima of a Thousand Faces:
Risen Reef was a great tool in the deck. However, its Effectiveness diminishes greatly if its played in the late game. There are not TOO many elementals in the deck, so it doesnt go off once or twice.. Except with Sakashima I now have a jack of all trades that can copy any of my creatures and/or even copy Yarok. Its such a great value card in the sense that it basically becomes whatever I need it to be. It's just awesome, and I am glad I have made this swap.
Noxious Gearhulk ---------------------------> Amphin Mutineer:
Gearhulk is incredible, but its a little overcosted. The Real Value of Removal in this deck is when its not only cheap but efficient. And Amphin mutineer is EXTREMELY efficient. It exiles for 4, and in Yarok it can EXILE 2 things for 4.. and if I use its Encore cost, I can potentially exile up to 6 other permanents for 6 mana. Thats some incredible value, even if it can only target non-salamanders (which, as of writing this, is basically a non-issue). This Swap has been very, very epic so far and I am loving it!
Thats all for now! I will provide more Updates as I have them!

Zendikar Rising and Commander Legends
Romer, 4 years ago
Added
- Three Visits - Another great 2 CMC ramp spell that lets me fetch Shock lands.
- Slaughter the Strong - A board wipe that uses sacrifice to get around indestructible. Also, my whole army can usually fit within "total power 4 or less" so this typically has limited to no impact on my own board.
- Bala Ged Recovery Flip - Early game, I'd drop this as a land. Late game, recursion is always welcome.
Removed
- Pir's Whim - I like this spell but is a lot to ramp 1 land. Trading up for Three Visits.
- Retribution of the Meek - Turns out that 'power 4 or greater' can leave a lot of creatures around, including an army of smaller tokens. Trading this in for Slaughter the Strong which I think will do better here.
- Forest

Hell's Caretaker > Ondu Inversion - Four board wipes are enough and the rest are either lower-costed, more flexible or just downright better. Hell's Caretaker brings more to the sacrifice/recursion/ETB cycle of effects.
