A toolbox style bounce deck that takes full use of Momir Vig, Simic Visionary's capabilities.

Playing a / creature lets you tutor another creature straight to your hand but even just or is not too bad.

Have a problem with pesky enchantments/artifacts? Tutor Reclamation Sage! Fancy one of your opponents creatures? Tutor a Clone and get one of your own!Tutoring for Prophet of Kruphix makes the game pretty ridiculous since its now basically your turn every turn.

Blink effects and return to your hand keeps you in control of the game and lets you continuously play creatures.
