The Combo

Use cards like Manipulate Fate / Foresight to exile Eternal Scourge and/or Misthollow Griffin into exile, then with Food Chain reapeated cast the cast from exile (CFE) creatures to amass for creatures then repeatedly cast your commander (Prime Speaker Zegana or Tishana, Voice of Thunder) to draw your deck and cast and resolve a Laboratory Maniac, use and draw spell (or another cast of your commander) to draw again and win the game.

The Long Game

The suite of bounce spells, counterspells, artifact hate, and other resource denial spells are meant to help out out in generally any stage of the game, but sometimes games go longer than we anticipate. The interaction here is meant to keep the boardstate soft locked until you draw/tutor up your combo pieces and the recursion pieces are meant to help you stay with the combo route even if your pieces end up in the graveyard or in exile.
