My build of Queen Marchesa is a control deck, with a very strong Emphasis on card draw. In my eyes, drawing 2-4 cards every turn is amazing, because it alows you to find your finishers and the right removal for the situation. Say your opponent has 4 robots staring down at you. U have 10 cards that deal with this situation (8 Wraths, Vandalblast, and Shattering Spree). You also have 3 tutors, so you're almost garunteed to draw an answer in the next turn or two.

8 Wraths may seem like a lot in a deck that draws about a gazillion cards every turn, but they keep the table under control when there are 3 other players trying to steal your card-drawing crown. They also almost always kill at least 4 creatures, so they generate great card advantage.
