This deck looks like it used to be a Kambal, Consul of Allocation deck that you decided to turn into Oloro for his Commander Zone ability.

Although Oloro's upkeep trigger is pretty sweet, I would suggest dropping Omniscience and Magister Sphinx for Polluted Bonds and Boon Reflection, then changing the commander to either Kambal, Consul of Allocation or Karlov of the Ghost Council. I'd suggest using Karlov, as he provides some very solid removal with his ability, not to mention beats very hard for commander damage. Kambal would be good if you want to run a more control build, but you should stock up on some more removal like Swords to Plowshares, Vindicate, Unmake, Black Sun's Zenith, Toxic Deluge, Mortify, Merciless Eviction, etc.

If you want to keep Oloro as the Commander, then I would suggest looking at MrHighscore's Leeching Cotton: Oloro's Couch to see if you would want to take a (s)tax approach, or my My Pillows Will Pierce the Heavens! to see if you would want to take a control/pillowfort approach.

Also, why no Aetherflux Reservoir or Debt to the Deathless? They seems like perfect inclusions in this deck, regardless on who you decide to keep as your commander. Overall solid list, just looks a little more like an Orhzov build than an Esper one.

Thank you for your input Snaptune I mainly kept Oloro for his ability and the include of Aetherflux Reservoir + Omniscience combo. As for Aetherflux Reservoir, I built this originally before that set came out and haven't look into upgrading from there yet. The reason for not including Debt to the Deathless is that I don't usually have a high enough amount of mana to ever effectively use it, either I have already won by then or I have lost before then.

I've thought about changing it up to a Kambal deck but I wanted to keep it as a life control deck. The two decks you tagged look great. I'm curious to see if I could transform it into an I sit and if the opponent does anything other than pass the turn they get taxed in some form or fashion.
