A EDH / Commander format deck based around Nekusar The Mindrazer, using mass-draw spells in order to take down life fast.

The main idea for the deck is get a few drawing artifacts or creatures out on the board, before putting Nekusar down, (Megrim , Liliana's caress,) having a few cards that deal damage when discarding. If the deck gets going, unanswered a loss of 40 life could be accomplished in 10 turns. There is also a few cards that allow Nekusar to deal infect damage which can speed up the game even more, It is not uncommon to force an opponent to draw 10 cards in one turn.

I do plan on making the deck, but before i can do so, i have to wait until i obtain the "Mind Seize" Commander structure deck to give me a baseline and about half of the cards i need for the deck, the rest will have to be obtained other-ways.

I am just looking for a bit of feedback, maybe some card suggestions which would play well, and suggestions to remove cards that don't do well, whether it be, anything, land, creatures etc. I am thinking of more Counter Spells, but i am unsure what to remove to put them in place of.
