Lord Windgrace (Upgrade from gitrog)

Commander / EDH* BRG (Jund) Casual Ramp

ereios

A Lord Windgrace upgrade for the gitfrog. Decided I wanted to not have any money left and bought a few different kind of double lands and some fetches. Picked up a valakut for some scapeshift shenanigans. Same deal as gitrog in regards to getting the big torments/exsanguinates/profanes off just with some new fun with omnath locus of rage to help things along. While gitrog can really go off a lot faster than windgrace, I feel windgrace can be more consistent in his drawing. Easier to deal with against a creature deck, but avoids some annoying removal gitrog has to face like swords and path to exile.

Notes from playtesting: Land fall is real for windgrace. I am debating adding in more of the landfall card from the commander sets just because of how nuts it is with being able to recur two fetches a turn with windgrace by himself, nevermind if you have multiple land drop cards and a crucible out. Valakut and thespian stage with the land set-up is also quite mental, fetches just expedite valakut build up so well.

Possible GRN additions:

Vraska, Golgari Queen: Sac Land, Draw Cards, Gain Life, Abrupt Decay, WinCon.

Underrealm Lich: Better Filtering, Does Silly Stuff with Sylvan Library, Stops you drawing yourself out.
