What the RC wants us to play - No infinite combos, no LD, no fast kills, just a value train to be ridden for hours on end.

Instants

Arcane Denial, Counterspell, Dispel , Dissipate, Dissolve, Negate, Spell Pierce, Squelch - Just all the best counterspells

Forbid - Counterspell with basically free buyback

Muddle the Mixture - Transmutes for Animate Dead, Bloodghast, Reassembling Skeleton, Dimir Signet, Demonic Tutor etc. Then gets flashed back as another counterspell

Brainstorm, Ponder, Preordain - the first 3 cards I put in any blue deck.

Cyclonic Rift - obv. just one of the best cards in blue

Dig Through Time - One of the best dig spells

Entomb - 1 mana instant Demonic Tutor

Epiphany at the Drownyard - 1X Stroke of Genius

Fact or Fiction - 4 Mana draw 5 cards

Forbidden Alchemy - Another DTT but basically draws 4 cards + it has natural flashback

Frantic Search - 0 mana Divination

Hero's Downfall - One of the only 2 answers for planeswalkers

Intuition - Triple Demonic Tutor + gets leviathan, ghast and skeletor straight to the yard

Mystical Teachings - 24 Instants is quite a lot to choose from, you can do pretty much anything, also grabs Notion Thief and Snapcaster Mage

Mystical Tutor - obv.

Silumgar's Command - Basically always value, also kills pws

Thought Scour = Ancestral Recall

Enchantments

Animate Dead, Necromancy - Half of the Getwrecked Leviathan lock, also reanimating RSD or Con Sphinx is real

Arcane Laboratory - Part of the Knowledge Pool lock, also basically lets you just counter every card that gets played

Mystic Remora - It's like Rhystic Study but infinitely better.

Necropotence - This card is reeeaaallly dumb, also stops you from decking out, which is very relevant.

Omniscience - Makes it pretty hard to lose, you can usually just draw your deck and take a dozen turns if this resolves

Treachery - Free Mind Control

Lands

Academy Ruins - You run out of cards surprisingly often and this + Nihil Spellbomb makes it so you can't deck out. It's also quite hard to win if Knowledge Pool gets destroyed.

Minamo, School at Water's Edge - Untapping dralnu is not very fair

Nephalia Drownyard - Free mill to either deck people (it comes up), kill topdeck tutors, or draw cards.

Reliquary Tower - Have you looked at this decks card draw, also to combo with ETE

Riptide Laboratory - The actual most important land in the deck. Dralnu is a wizard. Blasphemous Act will cause you to lose the game if dralnu is in play. It also bounces snap and Trinket Mage

Seat of the Synod & Vault of Whispers - the deck plays Tezzeret and Trinket Mage

Artifacts

Dimir Signet, Mana Vault, Sol Ring, Hedron Archive - Ramp. Dimir Signet can be tutored by Muddle, Archive is never dead, and the other two can be grabbed with Trinket Mage

Knowledge Pool - The other half of the Arcane Laboratory lock. How it works is obviously it stops people from casting spells from their hands, HOWEVER you can still flashback spells with dralnu which should be enough to crush anybody who doesn't concede.

Nihil Spellbomb - The only GY hate in the deck, cantrips and gets tutored by Trinket Mage, Relic exiles my own GY and Crypt doesn't cantrip. The deck is slow enough that the mana is worth the cantrip.

Sensei's Divining Top - obv.

Skullclamp - It's pretty janky but you put it on skeletor and ghast and it's like a better Phyrexian Arena that you can tutor with Trinket Mage. If you cut mage clamp is probably unplayable.

Vedalken Shackles - This mana base does have enough islands

Tezzeret the Seeker - If I could just play another copy of Trinket Mage I would, but fabricate isn't good enough and the deck really wants another artifact tutor

Sorceries - Are a lot worse than instants since if you flash them back you aren't leaving up dralnu

Acquire - I have a foil and it's really nice but I can never play it. I got a Blightsteel once though. This is probably the worst card in the deck. INSANE ARCUM/SHARUUM HOSER.

Call to Mind - This card is actually great, you basically get the flashback but don't exile the card. Infinitely better than yawgs will in this deck.

Chainer's Edict - Straight 2/1 that kills Marit Lage and Blightsteel

Demonic Tutor - The second best tutor in the game (after Entomb obv.)

Enter the Infinite - So the full version of the combo is: Omniscience, Enter the Infinite, Reliquary Tower, Necropotence, Sol Ring, Hedron Archive, Dimir Signet, Dralnu, Knowledge Pool, Arcane Laboratory, Win the Game

Gitaxian Probe - Seriously underrated card in EDH, also I have a foil spanish one, this may have influenced the deck building process.

Mind Twist - The most depressing card in the deck, especially when they have Misdirection

Ponder/Preordain - See Brainstorm

Time Stretch & Walk the Aeons - Dralnu is really good at taking extra turns, they are however not very interesting as you are always taking 3+ turns in a row when you get going (Current Record 12 turns)

Toxic Deluge - Damnation was 100+ at this point.

Treasure Cruise - Literally sorcery Ancestral Recall

Whispering Madness - I honestly didn't own a Windfall, it would have definately been a Windfall if I built this now.

Creatures

Bloodghast & Reassembling Skeleton - Mostly here for Skullclamp but in a pinch can be sacrificed to dralnu

Consecrated Sphinx - I'm not sure there exists a less fun creature in the game.

Kederekt Leviathan obv.

Rune-Scarred Demon - Tutors and punches really hard.

Snapcaster Mage - The best blue creature of all time.

Solemn Simulacrum - Straight value

Trinket Mage - If you read this whole thing you know why this guy makes the deck
