Hi all,

This is my first constructed commander deck. I really like some feedback on the deck from the more experienced players :)

I Love the idea of peeking into you opponent's deck/hand. Plus I acquired Glasses of Urza and Enlightened Tutor from a friend and thought lets build a deck around it.

Out of a bad preconstucted beginners deck I got the two Isperia's: Isperia, Supreme Judge and Isperia the Inscrutable. This Isperia the Inscrutable helps me fetch flying creature's.

Winning

Some utility flyers: Warden of Evos Isle, Windreader Sphinx, Isperia, Supreme Judge, Medomai the Ageless and ofcourse Isperia the Inscrutable

Some stat buffs like: Thunderclap Wyvern, Gravitational Shift and Favorable Winds.

Please let me know what you think of this deck. It is mostly a budget deck so if you have some suggestion please don't suggest $5+ cards.
