This is a combo deck centered on rushing out Hogaak and abusing his stats and cmc. It's still pretty new, so definitely feel free to suggest things.

Tips for anyone who wants to play this deck Show

• Turn 1 Hogaak is entirely possible with Zombie Infestation , which is one of the best cards in the deck.

• The generic Razaketh tutor line is Buried Alive ( Necrotic Ooze , Phyrexian Devourer , Walking Ballista ) -> Reanimate ( Necrotic Ooze ).

• If your deck doesn't have enough cmc to ping everyone down, you can pull Korazda Guildmage -> Phyrexian Altar , sac Hogaak to make saps, convoke him back, and recast him. With infinite mana and creatures, you can then tutor for Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord , who can sac creatures for damage.

• Make sure to keep Not of This World in hand when possible, it's a really good card for our deck.

• There are many other combos (Hogaak + Greater Good + Zombie Infestation , (Hogaak + Grafted Exoskeleton , Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord + Phyrexian Devourer , etc.) There are also several combos that have been cut for deck size.

• Your goal is always casting Hogaak by turn 3. Later is fine, but you really want him out ASAP, since the deck is built around him.

• Dryad Arbor is a Forest, meaning it's very fetchable, and it can convoke our commander.

• Hogaak's delve procs Desecrated Tomb .

• This deck would happily run Sacrifice and Soldevi Adnate if they were on MTGO, but they're not.

• Speaking of MTGO, if you're playing there, make sure you set Hogaak to go to your graveyard rather than command zone each game to evade commander tax.

• If you want to make this deck more casual, add slower cards that show off the deck's themes like Ghoulcaller Gisa and Monkey Cage . If you want to make it stronger, add more tutors and interaction.

The deck is set at a casual+ level. It's not competitive, but it will pubstomp a table that is slow/goofy/budget. It's also a bit of a tricky deck to pilot since you need to figure out which combo is best in your situation and there are quite a few of them.
