Your lands will Shimmer and fade. You creatures shall fall and Dismiss into Dream with the slightest touch. Your forces will come to my side thanks to my amazing Charisma. It is by will alone that I set my mind in motion, Mind Over Matter.

This deck has some nifty and long forgotten toys in it to mess with my opponents. When is the last time you saw anyone play Mana Short for instance? Now, when was the last time someone played Pact of Negation in your playgroup? Pact gets played all the time, so I added in Mana Short to kill them for not paying for their counter spells. On the same line, imagine not having half or all of your land available every turn. That's the power of Shimmer and it gets even better if I copy it, so Plains, Swamps, and Forests have Phasing.

Now, this deck can get a little dangerous to play. If you don't have at least Helvault on the field while casting spells with Arjun and Alhammarret's Archive out, you run the risk of decking yourself. Drawing double cards is a great effect, but it needs to be done carefully. With drawing all these cards, I have a couple of win conditions that pop up. I can kill my opponents with Niv-Mizzet damage or work towards Coax from the Blind Eternities to cast all those eldrazi from outside the game. I've also just taken everyone's permanents before with Memnarch and Mycosynth Lattice, but rarely. This deck has a powerful ability to lock people out of the game with Time Stop and Elite Arcanist. Mana Short on Elite Arcanist is also effective.
