This deck is designed for one purpose only, to bring misery.

Yup, it's a Derevi Stasis deck, however not really a Stax deck as it has a very minor amount of Taxation effects.

Yes, this deck is mainly designed to prolong the game to an extreme extent. Everybody will hate this. The wincon is for every opponent to deck themselves, the old fashioned way, draw their entire library, one card at the time.

This mostly resolves around keeping things tapped down and prolonging the game till everyone draws themselves to death. The main wincon of the deck is Elixir of Immortality , allowing you to shuffle your graveyard back into your library and keep the game going for even longer.

It does have the ability to go infinite with Palinchron , and then Blue Sun's Zenith one player to death if they pose a problem.

Instill Energy or Nature's Chosen is there to basically give Derevi Vigilance, allowing you to untap Derevi during your turn, even if you don't get an untap phase.

Words of Wind is also included here to prevent yourself from drawing to death.

And sometimes you just need to cast Worldly Tutor to get Spellseeker to get Enlightened Tutor to get Stasis .

Another great hit for Worldly Tutor is Vedalken Mastermind , you can use him to bounce your Stasis back to your hand at the end of the turn of the player before you, so that only you get to untap.

Suggestions are always welcome, although please suggest also a card it should replace as I have had quite a time to cut this down to a 100 cards.
