Dat Mimeoplasm's toolbox

Commander / EDH

Ira11

The Mimeoplasm is my first, edh deck and it has remained my most powerful. When I was new to magic I started to work on my first commander deck (the format had interested me) I chose the mimeoplasm he looked fun enough and I liked the colors (I now know they are undoubtedly the strongest in commander). I began to add strong cards I liked from those colors, but then I found the deck didn't really have the muscle to compete with other decks. After TONS of playtesting, cuts, love, and more cuts, I finally have a deck I am proud of. It is one of the few Mimeoplasms who doesn't infect but if I really want I could turn 4 or 3 someone (sol ring, buried alive gae's revenge wonder and death's shadow mimeoplasm 21 haste flying swing)

I can also let the game drudge on with a steady supply of card draw a little life and big mana plays. With this deck I have become the "raid boss" at the table more then a few times, recently my friend playing this deck survived three different decks all trying to knock him out AND he got Jace:TMS ult and managed to win with the last card on his library

The philosophy for this deck is "Think of the right tool, find it, sit back and win"

Please let me know what you think!

(tuned for strong multiplayer edh matches)
