Why yes, the deck title is a lore pun.

True control EDH deck, featuring an actual Elder Dragon! This was new Bolas, but I grew to crave the support white could give me over red. Not only is Chromium a better creature that requires less setup, white also gives access to Approach and the main thing I lacked: artifact and enchantment removal.

So there are three wincons: Chromium Commander Beats, Approach of the Second Sun, and the last one is pretty quirky. What you need is Lethal Vapors and Teferi's Protection. What you do is, you activate that Lethal Vapors, say, 600 million times (since it doesn't leave until all activations are done with), and then you play Teferi's Protection and phase out until your next turn, with no touchable permanents, an untouchable life total, and protection from everything. So unless someone drops a 'you win the game effect' (which you take care of with Praetor's Grasp and Sadistic Sacrament, they basically play for who got second because they can't touch you at all. They will deck themselves out first. Which is why I am considering Emrakul, the Promised End, to take control of someone and make them skip infinite turns! This one was brewed up by two guys at my LGS who are known for janky stuff like this, and honestly, I couldn't resist!
