This is my Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind commander deck. The idea is to play Niv-Mizzet and begin cycling your hand (and your opponents) with cards like Wheel of Fortune and Winds of Change. The combo of Alhammarret's Archive and Mindmoil with Niv-Mizzet in play can be game winning on its own (just be careful that you don't deck yourself. Another win condition is to play Curiosity on Niv and begin drawing out your deck to finish your opponents offs. If all else fails, you can attempted draw out a massive hand through your various hand fattening cards then play Inner Fire + Comet Storm. If you can counter and survive long enough to ramp to it, Omniscience can win the game for you just on its own specifically with Future Sight in play. The final win condition (which I don't currently have in the deck) is Laboratory Maniac, with him in play you can go for the gold and draw out your entire deck for the win. Just be careful to protect him with counterspells like Pact of Negation and Foil. For the early game try to play politics with the table. Try to look as unassuming as possible and begin fattening your hand with Rhystic Study and Consecrated Sphinx, shaping your draws with Sensei's Divining Top, and pestering the board with Counterbalance. You protect yourself with Cyclonic Rift, Chaos Warp, and Evacuation.
