This deck is built based on [PRIMER]GOD ETERNAL(turns)KEFNET cEDH

This is a mono blue combo deck. It does all good stuff as a blue deck: counterspell, draw cards, bounce, extra turn !

The game plan should start with controlling the board, collecting combo pieces and then build you way to finish the combo.

The weakness of the deck is to play against creature heavy deck or stax deck. RIP.

Not like a cEDH version of the deck, which use Scroll Rack or Jace, the Mind Sculptor to finish the combo, combo off with Library of Leng is slower and less reliable. But this change, on the other hand, makes this deck friendly to play with most noncompetitive play groups, unless to those a combo deck is a taboo.

Infinite Turn Combo:

• Library of Leng + a looter + Kefnet on the board + extra turn spell on top of library
• Isochron Scepter + Brainstorm + God-Eternal Kefnet on the board + extra turn spell on top of library
• Isochron Scepter + Narset's Reversal + extra turn spell
• Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal + a looter to find whatever cards you need
• Mystic Sanctuary + Teferi's Time Twist + Kefnet on the board + extra turn spell on top of library

Safest Combo Scenario:

• With Kefnet on the board;
• Mystical Tutor, Library of Leng, Bonded Fetch/Geier Reach Sanitarium in hand;
• 8 open mana;

you play tutor to get Time Wrap/Temporal Manipulation before draw step, you draw that extra turn spell, Kefnet ability triggers, you spend 3 mana to play the copy, you play library and bonded fetch, tap bonded fetch to put extra turn spell back to top library, loop...We just need one turn to drop our commander and wait for next turn to trigger the combo. It is the safest since you have most of your combo pieces in hand thus it is sneaky.

Best Possible Combo Scenario:

• open hand: Mystical Tutor, Library of Leng, Geier Reach Sanitarium, Sol Ring, Mind Stone, 2*Island
• turn 1: island + sol ring + mind stone + library
• turn 2: island + Kefnet
• before turn 3: tutor 5CMC extra turn spell
• turn 3: copy of extra turn spell, sanitarium, tap sanitarium, put extra turn spell back to top
• loop

Tutor Priority:

• Mystical Tutor: should be saved for combo
• Personal Tutor: could be used to set an extra turn spell on top library but that also tells people you are gonna combo off. You can also wait to imprint it with isochron sceptor. Otherwise, I will go for things to draw me cards.
• Merchant Scroll: find mystical tutor for combo off or counterspell if things go south, or combo pieces for isochron sceptor
• one mana rock: library, sol ring/sensei's diving top, Grafdigger's Cage
• two mana rock: arcane signet, mind stone/thought vessel, Sapphire Medallion or isochron sceptor
