Maybeboard

Need suggestions:

This is my first MTG deck that I made myself. I started playing Magic about 3 months ago so I am still pretty new. This deck was made online since I can't afford all these cards IRL.

I have had a ton of fun playing it online so far and relatively good success rate as well.

I was told it's a pretty typical Mono Blue style of playing, but basically the idea is get infinite hand size (couple cards that give this), draw/mill as many cards as you can (most of the deck does this in some way), use one of the several cards that make you win when you have an empty library. (ex. laboratory maniac, jace wielder of mysteries) I found this is not always super consistent - especially if people know it's coming you get targeted very hard in 4 player. Which makes sense since it's a win con they can't tangibly attack or deal with. Because of this I added in some alternative win conditions. These are mostly creatures/planeswalkers that get stronger based on your hand size, when you draw, etc. Just some good synergy stuff. Also some things to slow opponents.

I have a lot of cards on my "maybe board" that COULD go into the deck but I'm not sure if they should/what I would cut to add them. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated - thanks! :)
