This deck wants to be the biggest value engine on the table! Each of our creatures enter the battlefield with an ability to help us get further along in the game, whether that is drawing more cards like Mulldrifter, finding more mana like Farhaven Elf, or getting rid of our opponent's threats like Solitude or Acidic Slime.

However, things start to really get out of hand when you add the Commander: Roon of the Hidden Realm. He is able to blink these valuable abilities over and over again, making it harder and harder for your opponents to keep up. In addition, his ability doubles as protection for our creatures when they are targeted, as well as protection from our opponents' creatures who are trying to attack our life total. If Roon gets answered, there are a number of other cards in the deck that blink our creatures like Yorion, Sky Nomad and Brago, King Eternal to keep the value coming, and we have various ways of protecting those engines.

The deck really starts to synergize when you begin to combine the various abilities together. Having your spell countered by Frilled Mystic is bad enough, but what happens when I now have one mana counters available by using my cheap protection spells like Cloudshift to blink my Mystic back into play? Roon can blink an opposing commander off the board for a turn, but what if the opponent chooses to keep it exiled, believing it to be returning at the end step, only for me to cast Tale's End and counter Roon's trigger, leaving their commander exiled for the remainder of the game?

That and more are at my disposal with this deck. As the game carries on, you will often win by playing some of the heavier hitters like Terastodon to destroy all of your opponent's lands, or Agent of Treachery to have them for yourself.

Enjoy!
