My first commander deck. It is designed to ramp mana and make big, scary dudes. I also designed this with a budget in mind, so I can't go over 200$. Now for the deck:

Our commander Selvala, Heart of the Wilds lets us ramp mana to pay for the big dudes that will win the game for us. Ideally we want a Forest and a one drop mana elf like Elvish Mystic on turn one, then another Forest by turn two so we can cast Selvala, Heart of the Wilds and tap it for mana by turn three. The game can go pretty much anywhere from here, but by turn four, we want either Nylea, God of the Hunt to tap selvala for 6, or Invigorate which we can cast for free, powering up selvala enough to let us cast Artisan of Kozilek as early as turn 4, and swinging by turn 5. Forcing an opponent to sac 2 permanents by turn 5 is pretty scary I think.

This deck has two infinite mana combos. Umbral Mantle and Sword of the Paruns untapping Selvala, Heart of the Wilds when she taps for more than four mana, which I've had happen as early as turn 4. Even without the infinities, you can still ramp arbitrarily large amounts of mana using Heroes' Bane or Chameleon Colossus abilities.

If you happen to get a lot of mana (not necessarily infinite) and a Genesis Wave, you should win the game if it doesn't get countered or your opponent doesn't do something about it. Cast Genesis Wave with enough mana to reveal your entire deck to your opponents. You can put out every permanent if you want, but the only ones that matter at this point are Akroma's Memorial and Hydra Broodmaster with it's awesome monstrosity ability. Akroma's Memorial will give all those hydra tokens haste and trample so you can attack every opponent immediately with a many arbitrarily powerful token dudes.
