Hey folks! I NEED HELP

I built this deck because

A). Who doesn't love tokens?

B). I'm a just a Timmy trying to survive a boardwipe/control heavy meta so I wanted something resilient without jumping to the hatebear Gaddock Teeg deck.

C). I'm tired of building the obvious commander deck.

What I mean by that is I have a Pir, Imaginative Rascal / Toothy, Imaginary Friend deck wanna guess what it does? +1/+1 counters.

I have a Ruric Thar, the Unbowed deck, wanna guess what it does? Big creatures and Ramp.

I have a Karlov of the Ghost Council deck that you guessed it gains life.

I've liked the aggressiveness of Saskia the Unyielding for awhile and tokens, while hopefully strong, dont seem like the most obvious choice.

Anyhow, youve probably noticed that the thing I need help with is cutting the last few cards. At this point everything feels so crucial that I am unable to cut anything out. I even made custom categories to help me get a better idea and I'm still at a loss.

Thankfully, there are people much better than me at this game. Tell me what you think I should do.
