Near-optimized Norin, originally inspired by the Gaka list but with significant updates and changes. This is not a chaos list -- We're not trying to play a 4-hour game, we're trying to win.

The deck is very difficult to disrupt and focuses on abusing ETB abilities with flicker and copy effects, dealing damage, generating value, and controlling the board as it goes. The deck wins in multiple ways, including-

• ETB/LTB pinging with enchantments like Purphoros, God of the Forge, Warstorm Surge, Pandemonium, and Impact Tremors and accelerated by cards like Conjurer's Closet and Panharmonicon
• Goblin lines through Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker hidden commander + synergy with cards like Siege-Gang Commander and other token generators
• Stax subtheme, slowing opponents with Pyrohemia, Blood Moon, Silent Arbiter, Crawlspace and Ensnaring Bridge to buy more time for ETB triggers
• Combos including:
  • Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Zealous Conscripts
  • Cloudstone Curio + Dockside Extortionist +
    • any cheap creature --> easy infinite treasures and infinite ETB
    • Siege-Gang Commander (8+ treasures needed on ETB) --> infinite ETB, infinite treasures, infinite goblins, infinite damage from Siege Gang activations
    • Pia and Kiran Nalaar (7+ treasures needed on ETB) --> infinite ETB, infinite treasures, infinite thopters, infinite damage from Pia and Kiran activations
    • Rose Room Treasurer in play and a cheap creature to loop —> infinite ETB, infinite treasures, infinite damage from Treasurer activations.
    • Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker (4+ treasures needed on ETB) --> infinite ETB. If more then infinite treasures too.

Besides $$$ cards like Wheel of Fortune or Mana Crypt, I haven't seen any list that I think is better. Please share if you have! I'm avoiding going full-stax, because if you're running mono-red stax, you might as well have a different commander. This is a Norin deck all the way.
