Finally, after years of waiting for a proper Merfolk commander, Kumena has finally come to us! If only he was Bant instead of Simic :(

This isn't the most competitive deck, as it is a little slow to get going, but once it gets going it really snowballs. Most effective in group games rather than one-on-one settings.
