I was driven to comment because I am in love with this idea, Song/Bobo/Rielle looks like tons of fun. I am writing this mostly to lay down my thoughts about how I would make my own version, and if you disagree with any of my points of course ignore me and play whatever cards you want.
As an experienced Yorion player I have some suggestions for tweaks, beginning with the inconsistency of 80 card decks and how to make them reliable. 32 lands is not enough, especially with the land synergies you have here. There are a few cards that, while powerful, don't necessarily line up with the strategy. Sad to say, Field of the Dead is banned in pioneer, so I'll start with those ideas.
-1 Field of the Dead, -2 Questing Beast, - 4 Gallia of the Endless Dance, +2 Breeding Pool, +2 Ketria Triome, +1 Blast Zone, +1 Borborygmos Enraged, +1 Rielle, the Everwise. Gallia is good and has discard synergy, but requires one drop creatures to actually begin triggering in any reasonable amount of time, and our early game is better spent setting up for the silliness later. This puts us at 36 lands, but I think 38 is where we want to be.
Cavalier is powerful and aggressive AF, but not something we want to see all the time. -1 Cavalier of Flame, +1 Sheltered Thicket, -1 Temple of Epiphany, +1 Lotus Field (don't want to miss out on squeezing this amazing land in somewhere). that's 37.
Unfortunately, while he is adorable, Buccaneer is an objectively bad magical card. Luckily, there is another 3 drop 2/4 who loves lands. The switch is synergistic and keeps to curve, -4 Glint-Horn Buccaneer, +4 Courser of Kruphix.
The next point is that Song is its own engine, that its downside is large, and that Rielle terminates the drawback of being without a hand during our opponent's turns. The adventure creatures are also neat in this regard; they dodge the discard. With that in mind, Ox could be cut. If we control Rielle and Song, we want the first thing we discard to be Song's trigger after we've drawn cards with Uro, who will be hogging our graveyard anyway. Benthic gets the boot, we want to play lands from anywhere. -3 Ox of Agonas, -3 Benthic Biomancer, +1 Uro, Titan of Nature's Wrath, +4 Ramunap Excavator, +1 Sheltered Thicket. In my opinion, this is the correct amount of lands.
The new list aggressively loots and ramps for Bobo, as well as Judgment, all while threatening our opponent with a 6/6 that never dies and an annoying 5/1 fearie with with flying, first strike, and trample. If only I could have this in Arena.

Benthic Biomancer is kinda silly. My friend told me about it since he too was looking to build Shabraz and Brallin, Skyshark Rider Flip. Usually involving Glint-Horn Buccaneer, you give it lifelink with Heliod, Sun-Crowned, discard to deal 1 damage, gain 1 life, put the +1/+1 counter on the Biomancer, draw and discard, deal 1 damage, gain 1 life, draw/discard, repeat until gg
Kozilek & Ulamog are mostly meant to be discarded to reshuffle haha but maybe I'll ramp to hard cast ?
Key to the City will likely come out of the deck. Undecided atm.
Whirlwind of Thought is a whirlwind slam dunk, just gotta wait until the new set arrives. I'll have to print out Brallin&Shabraz proxies if I want to use the deck currently

I have a few friends that bring the heat, so I need to keep em on their toes with spot removal, boardwipes, and I should probably run more counterspells in my blue decks. They are a necessary evil

Very torn on Sigil of Sleep. Been seeing it in a lot of lists and I know I have a playset somewhere. Two friends with graveyard theme decks run a lot of ETB creatures I'm scared of (Plaguecrafter etc), but it can be a continued control piece for one mana on Brallin

Cards I am unsure about:
Benthic Biomancer is interesting but unless im missing something it doesnt combo off. Having a draw engine is nice but a 3 card combo that doesnt win the game seems underwelming. (again, I may just be missing something there)
Psychosis Crawler is a good card but very expensive. Its also a card that generally draws in attention. People know what you are trying to do at that point and really work to kill you.
Tireless Tribe in theory is a great blocker or means to discard your hand. In reality I would say its a pretty situational card. Or a win more card.
Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre is one of the best creatures in EDH but is stupid expensive. You have a ton of artifact ramp so its probably worth it. Shuffling your graveyard into your library is great but you already have Kozilek, Butcher of Truth.
Key to the City is interesting. brallin gives shabraz trample so unblockable isnt as important. Definitely a niche card but could work.
Cards I like:
Cavalier of Flame Love the concept of the card but dont own one to test it.
Dream Trawler is a great one. Need to consider adding this to my deck.
Heliod, Sun-Crowned is a card i had in my deck to begin with but seemed like a cool extra. im already gaining life and increasing the size of my creatures.
Mana Crypt is just lovely. Need one myself.
Whirlwind of Thought would fit into your deck nicely. You have way more artifacts and smaller spells to cast.
Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur would be a good card to replace the big boi ulamog. (if you wanted to take it out)

Changes Cloudkin Seer from 2 to 4 in place of Elite Guardmage - against non-aggro deck the seer fulfills the same role and is 1 mana cheaper. Also can be very good followup after Naban, Dean of Iteration
Siren Stormtamer out for Benthic Biomancer - Biomancer provides bigger body and filtering in exchange for protection and flying - depends on the matchup but in general i felt the deck performed more smoothly with biomancer
Port Town out for Islands, the deck doesnt need fast white mana
Spell Pierce out. We do not fear thoughtseize and kinda collides with the 1-2-3 drop flow of the deck
Curious Obsession out for Omen of the Sea. They provide the same devotion for thassa, but holding omen, trickster and counterspell after biomancer (with its adapt ability) is just too good, would love to find place for obsession tho

Have you considered Pollenbright Druid in the place of Aeromunculus? It works pretty well with Benthic Biomancer to filter cards off the top of your library. Also I've found that Lotus Field works really well with Kiora, Behemoth Beckoner. Hope this helps.

Its cool you like building decks, but this is not really competitive. Its a good deck, and you've certainly got some of the correct tech in here, but it really is a waste of my time and yours when you mislabel shit. Its cool you're building on a budget, but don't tag it as cEDH. Simple as.
Land base is fine for budget. Obviously it extends with fetches and Underground Sea if no budget. Your mana rock base is pretty unfortunate too, as you don't have any of the good 0 or 1 CMC accelerators.
Running Labman + Pact as your wincon in Yuriko seems strange. Yes you're getting additional draws off Yuriko triggers, but why don't you build a different deck if you're interested in a pact combo? Especially since the partner commanders lend themselves so well to this strategy. You could be running Tymna the Weaver + any blue partner and be getting much better draws with better overall card quality. You're missing the Draco + Emrakul package that makes Yuriko an actual competitive deck, and you're missing all the topdeck manipulation pieces that allow you to wipe the board with Yuriko triggers. Your lack of ninjas also means you're failing to get all the Yuriko triggers you would want anyways, and the triggers you do get aren't going to be very effective.
Your creatures are all over the place. Even if you don't have the full ninja suite (they are really not expensive at all), you still need to prioritize evasive creatures to get Yuriko ninjutsu. Benthic Biomancer is a cut. Foulmire Knight is a cut. Universal Automaton is arguably a cut, but it is a ninja. If you aren't going to slot the ninjas, at least get evasive 1 drop creatures for ninjutsu.
You have almost 0 topdeck manipulation. Tutors that go to top are a must for Yuriko triggers. Personal Tutor Mystical Tutor Vampiric Tutor Imperial Seal . Even cantrips or draws that manipulate topdeck are going to be good here. Brainstorm is an absolute must, and its shocking you don't already run. Other topdeck cantrips like Ponder Preordain or Serum Visions can set up big Yuriko triggers, even if you can't afford the MVP Sensei's Top or Scroll Rack.
You run a lot of dead draws, like Arcane Adaptation and Unnatural Selection . If you just ran a ninja in those spots, you wouldn't need those cards. Even spamming your creatures into ninjas, you aren't going to get very good triggers off Yuriko because you run no high CMC bombs to take advantage of the triggers, and no topdeck manipulation. Its easier to kill off of 3 triggers that do 15 damage than it is off of 15 triggers that do 3 damage. You're far more likely to get 3 triggers in than get 15.
This is not a competitive deck mate. It has a long way to go. Thanks for posting, welcome to tappedout, tag your shit appropriately and we'll both have a more pleasant day.

This looks a bit like my old +1/+1 counter deck, and while I will say that GW is probably better colors... I see where you're coming from here. No matter what, though, you need to do some tinkering with your mana base. Less islands, more duals. Unfortunately, the tried-and-true Thornwood Falls would serve only to make this slow deck slower, and enemy duals are in short supply in pioneer. Try Temple of Mystery - it should be something you can find for an all-right price these days, and scrying is nice. Having so many islands and so comparatively few blue spells is... good in moderation. 9:7 forests:islands for a 19:4 mana symbol ratio (nearly 5:1!!) is absurd. You should be running 4 or 5 islands, at most- or all of your blue mana should come from duals.
With that out of the way, suggestions!
Avatar of the Resolute is a big ol' meat stick that can swing in for heaps of damage.
Barkhide Troll is a resilient threat that basically has Schrodinger's Hexproof as long as you leave up 1 mana.
Benthic Biomancer could be good for the curve and the lacking card draw.
If you're in a slow meta that will allow you to make a turn 3 play like this, Bred for the Hunt draws an assload of cards.
Chasm Skulker just gets huge and is resistant, somewhat, to removal.
Managorger Hydra is a finisher for 3 mana. It'll make your opponents think twice before doing anything.
Wildborn Preserver is an excellent mana sink if the game goes long.
Consider some of those suggestions.
