Mayael the anima is my first EDH deck, I'm trying to get it to a competitive level, because my meta is getting more ridiculous, and I'm trying to keep up. Any advice to make it more competitive and consistent would be helpful.

This deck is designed with a fair bit of lock-down in mind. I try to ramp as quickly as possible, to get mayael activations going, however with the new Mulligan rule the deck needs more ramp cards. at this stage budget is not an issue.
