My Malfegor deck is a comboish and slightly suicidal Reanimator / Wheel list that aims to fulfill two goals:

1. Wheeling your opponents to death with Nekusar-like effects such as Megrim and Spiteful Visions
2. Cheating out big fatties into play with Sneak Attack and various reanimation effects like Living Death

The purpose of Malfegor is to let him await in the command zone while I keep drawing cards and then strike when the time is right. If he would die on the battlefield, I will often let him rot in grave rather than letting him return to the command zone. That way I can reanimate him for cheap when his ETB trigger becomes useful to me again.

This deck also contains few combos. One of them is to cheat out a hasty Hellcarver Demon with Sneak Attack or Shallow Grave then casting Doomsday targeting Lich and Repay in Kind and finally swing with the demon for the kill. You can also apply the same result with Insidious Dreams. Alternatively, if you already have a board state of various big fatties with high devotion towards black, then you can win with some Gary sheenanigans by making a Doomsday pile with him, one boardwipe and two mass reanimation spells. An example could probably look like this:

5. Rise of the Dark Realms

Other combos in the deck include:

1. It That Betrays + Death Cloud or Pox
2. Abhorrent Overlord or Defiler of Souls + Gary + Sheoldred, Whispering One - The three main targets for Buried Alive. At the beginning of our upkeep we sac Gary to the demon, then let Sheoldred reanimate him in the next turn. Bonus points if you also have the Flayer of the Hatebound in play for some additional damage.
