There are 3 possible ways for this deck to win. The first is to Mill out the opponents by first using mill effects that affect multiple players such as Manic Scribe,Consuming Aberration, Mndcrank, Mind Grind, Dread Summonsetc before finishing off each player with cards like Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker or Keening Stone.

The second (My favorite) is straightforward beat down. By having Lazav, Dimir Mastermind, Dimir Doppelganger, Clever Impersonator, Havengul Lich, or Sepulchral Primordial recur threats from any deck in the game you can can pull of a rather respectable beat down. It is worth noting that by equipping Bonehoard to Lazav, Dimir Mastermind you can realistically present lethal Commander damage.

The third way is through a very simple combo using Duskmantle Guildmage + Mindcrank . This can be assembled either by naturally drawing or by using Rune-Scarred Demon or Disciple of Deceit to tutor up the pieces.
