General Nekusar chews opponents' slowly between wheels, in correspondence with permanents inflicting widespread damage. This deck is packed with all kinds of utility counterspells which also make opposition hesitant to dump the massive amount of cards they'll receive. Win condition typically will be combo wheeling to produce massive burn damage or infect.

The key to this playing deck is patience, built primarily for 3+ multi-player or twin-headed dragon matches. Core strategy counts on getting Nekusar out asap, and begin drawing into wheels and more efficient answers/counters to your opponent's threats, while everyone's life slips away much quicker than they realize.
