Like most Nekusar, the Mindrazer decks this deck revolves around Discards and Draws. There's Tutoring and Board Wipes to get what you need and keep you in the game. I'll go over those categories and list the main cards below.

Mechanics:

DiscardDark Deal, Wheel of Fate, Wheel of Fortune, Wheel and Deal, Windfall, Whispering Madness, Incendiary Command, Rakdos's Return

DrawNekusar, the Mindrazer, Kami of the Crescent Moon, Brainstorm, Braingeyser, Skyscribing, Prosperity, Howling Mine, Dictate of Kruphix

Tutoring Demonic Tutor, Vampiric Tutor, Mystical Tutor, Lim-Dul's Vault

Board WipesCyclonic Rift, Decree of Pain, Damnation, Obliterate, Toxic Deluge

I personally like to involve my strategy around getting Waste Not out early turn 2 or 3 and build a strong boardstate with it turn 3 or 4. Playing with 3 opponents or more makes this card more potent. With all the discards in this deck you can cycle through getting more discards, all your black cards, and colorless cards. Turn 3 or 4 you can have average ~15 mana, 10+ zombie tokens, and enough draws to set you up for a win. With that you can easily drop both Ulamogs, Megrim, Liliana's Caress Sorin Markov, Liliana Vess, Yawgmoth's Will into repeating your discards from you graveyard. I personally think that Waste Not is the most synergistic card in this deck.

If the Waste Not doesn't pan out, you have Nekusar to play off of. And you can use all the discard and draw cards to get you there. Usually if the Waste Not strategy doesn't do get anything for you, your almost immediately able to roll into the Nekusar strategy.

Another strategy is build your mana base to 8, drop whatever enchantments and planswalkers you're able to, Obliterate. Build another mana base, up to 11, Obliterate + Yawgmoth's Will . This ruins everyone's lands base for the game and you can slowly get the win. Couple this with Bojuka Bog to exile graveyards, and Chasm Skulker to start pinging away at life totals.

There's a lot of fun things to do with this deck, and it does have consistency with the tutors in it. I find it to be very fair and balanced, for a Nekusar deck.
