Use a wheel, any wheel with the commander out and transformed, then draw (21 x the amount of wheels you've played that turn) cards assuming 3 players in a pod for {U} with Prosperity. Just get a win with Mind Over Matter + Temple Bell , Angel's Grace + Prosperity , Approach of the Second Sun + Remand for {W}{W}{U} open after a wheel, or Aetherflux Reservoir from there. Urza, Lord High Artificer is a necessity in the deck; Chromatic Orrery and Mycosynth Lattice to mana fix when comboing off. Check the custom tags to see each how most pieces fit into the deck with other being flex slots. Sideboard are cards I have either considered, tested, and taken out, or are considering. Maybeboard cards are cards I just don't want to acquire for reasons, but are objectively good in the deck.
