Anger - giving Haste to Junktroller / Canal Dredger on a combo turn

Balthor the Defiled - boardwipe insurance

Token makers ( Beetleback Chief / Emrakul's Hatcher / Marionette Master / Marsh Flitter / Mogg War Marshal / Sengir Autocrat / Siege-Gang Commander /card: Sling-Gang Lietenant/ Weaponcraft Enthusiast ) - allows for multiple Ashnod's Altar rebuys, and are an easy way to get infinite mana when you start to combo

Blood Artist / Falkenrath Noble / Zulaport Cutthroat and sometimes Marionette Master - kill with infinite creature ETBs

Canal Dredger / Junktroller - put your best creature back on bottom to get with Grenzo

Clone Shell - stack bottom of the deck for Grenzo

Corpse Connoisseur - dump Anger or combo pieces

Dimir House Guard - free sac outlet for comboing or tutor for Mana Echoes

Disciple of Bolas / Grim Haruspex - card draw

Emrakul's Hatcher / Priest of Gix / Priest of Urabrask / Workhorse - makes mana for more uses of Grenzo

Entomber Exarch - rebuy important creatures or hand disruption

Epitaph Golem / Reito Lantern / Soldevi Digger - one of the most important combo pieces, since they can repeatedly bottom cards from the graveyard to get back with Grenzo

Faceless Butcher - removal or reuse an ETB

Fleshwrither - tutor for a sac outlet or token maker

Goblin Matron - tutors for Goblins that can be used for a combo ( Skirk Prospector or Murderous Redcap )

Junk Diver / Myr Retriever / Workshop Assistant - get back important non-creature artifacts that get destroyed or milled by Grenzo

Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Zealous Conscripts - easiest infinite kill combo

Marsh Flitter / Skirk Prospector / Sling-Gang Lieutenant - free sac outlets for Goblins

Metallic Mimic - almost always naming Goblin for the Redcap combo, but can also name Horse for some convoluted Workhorse combos where you need an extra mana

Murderous Redcap - removal that also has an infinite combo with Metallic Mimic

Pawn of Ulamog / Pitiless Plunderer - gain mana for sacrificing creatures

Phyrexian Delver - rebuy a creature ETB and also counts as two bodies for sacrificing

Puppeteer Clique - technically counts as four bodies to sacrifice so can be better than most of the token makers

Ravenous Chupacabra / Shriekmaw / Tuktuk Scrapper - removal silver bullets

Sadistic Hypnotist - another free sac outlet

Sidisi, Undead Vizier / Demonic Tutor / Diabolic Tutor - tutors

Skirge Familiar / Treasonous Ogre - make colored mana so you can still cast cards in your hand after starting to combo

Solemn Simulacrum - why not

Viscera Seer - another sac outlet, but can importantly bottom cards to then get off Grenzo

Doomsday - stack the deck with Grenzo in play

Dread Return - get back an important ETB creature, and is great to hit off Grenzo due to the Flashback

Mana Echoes / Ashnod's Altar - the most important cards for comboing in this deck, as having either of them will make the mana needed to keep reactivating Grenzo

Chrome Mox / Mana Vault / Sol Ring - mana ramp

Heartstone - cutting Grenzo's ability cost in half makes it twice as easy to continue to combo without running out of mana
