Tel-Jilad Stylus fixes your Sneak Attack issue while feeding Zirilan.

Blazing Shoal is crucial for this deck to pull surprising early wins. We both run Dragon Tyrant and Greater Gargadon because they actual fit Zirilan strategy. The added bonus of a free +10 is insane.

Fury of the Horde I think this, like Blazing Shoal, is a quintessential card for a proper Zirilan shell. We only need to attack with a few dragons a few times. Being free allows you to go all in on Zirilan activations.

Is Cursed Mirror working out for you? A temporary red clone/permanent mana rock seems really good on paper.

During a game with my The Beamtown Bullies deck I had a Leveler in hand and a Greater Good in play but no other creatures on board besides my commander. So I was unable to discard Leveler without sacrificing my commander, but in doing so I would not have enough mana to recast my commander and one of my opponents would win next turn thru combat damage so I did not have time to wait.

So my only option was to hard cast Leveler which would exile my library and in response I sacrificed Leveler to Greater Good to draw 10 cards then discard three cards. Then Leveler's ability would resolve and exile my library. Luckily I drew Tel-Jilad Stylus which is meant to combo with Oriq Loremage, but in this case it would keep me from decking myself completely.

On my next opponent's upkeep I reanimate Leveler thus exiling their library and they would lose on their draw step. So then I activate Tel-Jilad Stylus targeting Leveler putting it into my empty library so now when it comes back to my turn I don't lose when I draw a card.

Carnival of souls is quite the pick! I don't think I would run it, seems too easy to kill yourself. Though with enough aristocrats effects, I suppose you can get by.

In my grenzo deck I have about 20 non-creature cards. 2 of them inherently can be used in the graveyard and I decided on the others because I needed more interaction in the group I was playing against. Out of those ones which you aren't running and I don't see in your maybe pile or deck that you should consider are:
Thran Turbine essentially a sol ring that you can use only during your upkeep on grenzo
Elixir of Immortality a way to protect your graveyard from someone trying to exile it
Desecrated Tomb makes each successful grenzo activation net you a Bat
Tel-Jilad Stylus lets you do 2 things -- repeat an etb of a creature already out, protect a creature from being interacted with. You can even activate grenzo and then use this in response to avoid targeted destruction. I've used this thing on Faceless Butcher to save grenzo from boardwipes.
Dark Privilege lets you block most creatures with grenzo, use it as a sac outlet and increases his power and toughness by 1. It also avoids lots of targeted removal, though not the most popular boardwipes.
Songs of the Damned depending on where the game is, this can be worse than dark ritual or net you 10 mana.

I would additionally suggest giving Warp World a spin because it is some very good disruption, removes enchantments and lands. If you're lucky it can be a red timewalk due to bringing in the lands untapped.

A land you might want is Scorched Ruins . As far as you are concerned, once grenzo is out, this is like playing 2 lands for one. though there are obviously downsides.

My mana base consists of 36 lands and 12 creatures that produce mana, or in the case of Burnished Hart ramp you.
You have 6 out of the 12, and are running palladium myr which isn't a bad pick and I honestly forgot about it. The 5 which I haven't mentioned are Basal Thrull , Generator Servant , Treasure Nabber , Blood Vassal and Catalyst Elemental . With the exception of Nabber, they all replace themselves manawise due to generation 2 mana. I would avoid putting in manadorks that do not make 2 or more mana.

You might additionally want to consider Junktroller which lets you recur creatures or disrupts someone else's grave.

Since a grenzo deck usually does not cast that many spells, you can try throwing in some asymmetrical effects, such as Soot Imp or Eidolon of the Great Revel to leverage that, though with the direction your deck is currently in, that doesn't seem necessary.

Additionally Shrieking Mogg can be used both offensively and defensively. If you know it's on the bottom, you can tap down an opponent before their declare attackers step. If it's your turn, tap down their creatures during your declare attackers step and all of their blockers will be tapped. It also neatly fits into the goblin theme you already have present.

also, rather than despotic scepter, try Tel-Jilad Stylus - it lets you tuck the card instead, and has no mana activation cost

Destroyerbirb on Grenzo Doomsday Snoop - Budget CEDH

I'm still editing the deck, but Queen_Lulu, the combos work like this.

Combo 1) Use Doomsday or Goblin Recruiter to stack these five cards in this order. (There are some things you can change around.)

Dark-Dweller Oracle, Conspicuous Snoop, Torch Courier (Have to put into the deck), Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker, Sling-Gang Lieutenant/Mogg Fanatic. (If it's Doomsday you can put the top two cards on the bottom and activate Grenzo, Dungeon Warden and you would get a similar result.)

Find a way to draw a card, then play Dark-Dweller Oracle. Activate it once (for now), and play Conspicuous Snoop. Using the Conspicuous Snoop, play Torch Courier, and sacrifice it targeting Conspicuous Snoop. Now Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker is on the top of your library. Conspicuous Snoop has Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker's ability, and has haste thanks to the Torch Courier. Activate the Conspicuous Snoop/Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker to make a copy of itself. (It's a non-legendary permanent.) The copy will be untapped, and you can make infinite tokens. Finally, use Dark-Dweller Oracle one last time to get rid of Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker. With Sling-Gang Lieutenant/Mogg Fanatic on the top of the library, you can use any Conspicuous Snoop to gun down your opponents.

Combo 2) Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker and Zealous Conscripts. Kiki copies and the Conscripts untaps Kiki.

Combo 3) Play the Snoop and Boggart Harbinger. The Harbinger will put Kiki on top, combo off, then use the last untapped Snoop to copy the Harbinger and put the Lieutenant/Fanatic on the top to win.

A good thing about the last combo it that there is a failsafe in case you somehow get Kiki onto the battlefield. If you have Tel-Jilad Stylus, plus the Snoop and the Harbinger, use Kiki to copy the Harbinger, but with that ability on the stack, use the Stylus to put Kiki on the bottom of your library, and then the Harbinger will tutor Kiki to the top.

Other combo payoffs are Goblin Bombardment, Altar of the Brood, Impact Tremors, Vindictive Vampire and Zulaport Cutthroat.

DrValium, thank you for these suggestions. I really like the idea of Tel-Jilad Stylus as a repetetive tutor to promise I hit my guys with Grenzo. Very cool! I will order one.

I also like the Workhorse/Reito Lantern idea. It didn't make sense at first glance, and then I'm like... OHHHHH....

Awesome suggestions, and I will absoultely test them. Ordering all the card tonight. I have the lantern in already from a previous tweak that I never updated. Will refresh my list this week. Thanks!
