A relatively standard Niv-Mizzet, Parun deck. I've purposefully not included any of the infinite combo cards. I've done them before, and they're boring.

The basic idea is o get a good amount of spells in your bin and then overload a Mizzix's Mastery then drown them in card draw and damage. Murmuring Mystic Rise from the Tides enable a more go wide strategy. Mana Geyser is a good target for Mystical Tutor and can win the game combined with one of the mana sinks like Explosion or Blue Sun's Zenith .

If money wasn't a thing Tamiyo, the Moon Sage would be a Jace, the Mind Sculptor and Time Reversal would be a Time Spiral
