I was planning to create two decks: a Purphoros, God of the Forge deck, utilizing Impact Tremors and Warstorm Surge with red token generation, and a Darien, King of Kjeldor deck utilizing soul sisters to gain life as you create soldiers. I realized that these two token themed decks utilizing creatures entering the battlefield could work together. I kept the soldier theme, but added some more powerful cards as well.

Token Generation: Brimaz, King of Oreskos, Darien, King of Kjeldor, Knight-Captain of Eos, Precinct Captain, Elspeth, Knight-Errant, Elspeth, Sun's Champion, Elspeth Tirel, Assemble the Legion

Creature Buffing: Agrus Kos, Wojek Veteran, Marshal's Anthem, Dragon Throne of Tarkir, Spear of Heliod, Trumpet Blast

Tokens/Buffs: Captain of the Watch, Hero of Bladehold

Life Gain: Healer of the Pride, Soul Warden, Soul's Attendant, Suture Priest, Gerrard Capashen

Direct Damage: Purphoros, God of the Forge, Impact Tremors, Warstorm Surge, Outpost Siege

Extra Combat Phases: Aurelia, the Warleader, Hellkite Charger, Scourge of the Throne, Aggravated Assault

The rest of the deck contains a lot of little tricks to keep you in control. Your commander, Iroas, God of Victory, Legion Loyalist, and Odric, Master Tactician make it even easier to punch through your opponents defenses. Razia, Boros Archangel , Comeuppance, and Deflecting Palm can help protect your creatures and catch your opponents off guard with some sudden damage.

City of Brass, Grand Coliseum, Nomad Stadium, Tarnished Citadel, Jade Monolith, and Mana Vault are carry-overs from my Darien, King of Kjeldor-centric deck. They still help with your mana fixing, and if you happen to get Darien out, you can mass produce soldiers easily.
