This is a Two-Headed Giant "CEDH" deck built as a wheel deck with a little bit of metal.

The other side of it's 2HG pairing is Unicycle (Ne)Kess(usar), a 2HG CEDH deck (Bicycle)

Heliod's biggest weakness a well time interruption spell by our opponent.

Kess helps shore up some of that weakness with her interaction.

At worst this deck can help out the Kess decks game plan by enabling it with wheels. There's a lot of bad cards in the deck if Heliod isn't on his backside, but there's still enough interaction to help out Kess.

At best you'll be making the stack, and you're opponents groan in agony.

With this deck I have:

Flashed in a Static Orb for free in response to an opponents Pact of Negation targeting the second wheel on my turn.

Flashed in an Elesh Norn, Mother of Machines for one white mana in response to someone casting a Dockside Extortionist.

Flashed in a Platinum Angel for free in response to the ETB of a Thassa's Oracle after it's owner won a counter war and resolved a Demonic Consultation.

Twice have I cast a Emrakul, the Promised End for free. The first was targeting an opponent playing The Ur-Dragon. On his turn I cast Fiery Emancipation, swung out at the other two opponents taking them to single digit health. In the second main phase I cast his Altar of Dementia sacrificing his board before his extra turn.

The second time I targeted a Niv-Mizzet Parun player and cast a windfall (I had 0 cards in hand, he had 9) while I had a static Orb in play.

If your opponents let Heliod stay out a turn, their chances of winning will drop substantially if you just have 1 wheel in hand.
