This is my first commander, it's budget and i haven't finished it yet. I would like opinion about Imotekh the Stormlord, Tezzeret, Artifice Master, Blightsteel Colossus, Darksteel Colossus and Belisarius Cawl. I need some help with mana base and i haven't added Underground River and Adarkar Wastes because i haven't got them yet.
