Pretty straightforward: the game plan is to ramp out Momir Vig, then play control as you assemble enough mana combo pieces to win. All of your mana dorks turn into worldly tutors, and all of your simic creatures are straight-up creature tutors.

Combos are:

• Tidespout Tyrant + two mana rocks whose total cmc is less than the amount of mana they collectively produce
• Deadeye Navigator + Peregrine Drake // Palinchron
• Phantasmal Image + Palinchron.

Infinite mana sinks:

• Thrasios into Lab Man
• Walking Ballista
• (Mindshrieker would be a third addition for more redundancy)
