This deck uses Ramos as the centerpiece to win most of the games.

Since you will often need all the colors, it contains full sets of each Shockland, Fetchland and Signet (except the Rakdos Signet because it's in the least used color combination), various all color lands who can enter the battlefield untapped and have only minor backdraws and Fellwar Stone. There's least one of each Basic Land so you can search for missing colors with Cultivate and Kodama's Reach. Sol Ring and Temple of the False God support in giving more mana, which can still be converted with the Signets. If needed Sylvan Reclamation can also be cycled.

Besides Ramos there are also Mirari's Wake and Doubling Cube to generate much more mana with.

Sisay is a great tutor target. Combine her with Raff Capashen, Ship's Mage and you may start to play during your opponents' turns (except for the sorceries, nonlegendary enchantments and Realm Razer). Don't forget, you can activate Ramos' mana ability in their turns as well.

Make sure you have Ramos on the field, before you start to cast your Spell Chaining spells, since he profits immensely from each non-colorless casted spell.

The rest of the cards help to ensure board domination with removal, counterspells and buffs.
