So I want to start building this deck with a complete balance between all of the dual colors. Align the 99 into 9 cards for each color pair, including duals and fetch lands for the color pair. Run No Basics, the 9 other cards are considered to be commander staples, Sol ring, Mana rocks, or other guildless staple. Every guild pair will have their god from the theros block, a planeswalker, legendary creatures, and most importantly what I evaluate to be the strongest cards in specifically dual colors. Taking as a top deck as well as in a potential engine the deck can run. Niv's ETB will draw the maximum potential amount of cards. This is also trying to be a cheap deck, and building as a long term project to grow this into something very fun!
